Did you hear? — the question every student event in Kerala starts with, and the one this site exists to answer.
Kerala’s colleges run hundreds of student events a year: fests, hackathons, workshops, competitions, internships. Almost all of them are announced the same way — a poster on an Instagram page, seen by that college’s followers and few others. A student in Kannur does not hear about the hackathon in Kollam until a friend of a friend forwards it, usually after registration has closed.
It puts every one of those events in one place, sorted by what closes soonest, with the poster, the dates, the fee, the venue and a Register button that goes straight to the organiser. Filter by category or district, or ask for a push before the ones you care about close.
Two ways. Organisers list directly, free, and a person checks the listing before it goes live. And Arinjo reads the public Instagram pages of colleges, IEEE student branches, IEDCs and Kerala chapters on its watchlist twice a day — what they announce is read off the poster, checked by a person, and listed. Either way, nothing goes up unchecked, and anything wrong is a message away from being fixed.
