Arinjo lists student events. It works without an account, and it keeps as little about you as it can.

Nothing, unless you do one of these:
Two numbers per event per day: how many times its page was opened, and how many times Register was pressed. Counts, not visits — nothing identifies who did it. They tell organisers and us which listings are working.
The site also uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, from where, and which pages they read. Google sets its own cookies for this and processes the data under its privacy policy; Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. You can stop it with Google’s own opt-out extension, or by blocking third-party cookies.
Your chosen theme, whether you have seen the opening animation this session, and the listings you submitted from this browser. These are stored in your browser, not sent to us, and clearing site data removes them.
Many listings are found automatically: Arinjo reads the public Instagram pages of colleges, student branches and Kerala chapters on its watchlist, and a person checks each find before it is published. What is kept is what the post announced — the event, its poster, and the public account it came from. No private accounts, no comments, no followers, and nothing about who liked or shared a post.
If a poster or listing is yours and you want it changed or taken down, tell us and it is done — usually the same day.
Event pages, including the organiser’s contact details, are public — that is the point of listing. Everything else (push subscriptions, correction notes, counts) is seen only by the people who run Arinjo, and is never sold or shared with advertisers. The site runs on Netlify and Supabase, which host the data on our behalf.
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that affects what is kept about you will also be announced on the site.
