Terms of Use

A listing of student events in Kerala — hackathons, workshops, fests, competitions, internships — gathered from organisers’ public announcements and from organisers who list directly. It is free to read and free to list on.

Every event belongs to its organiser. Registration, fees, prizes, venues, dates and eligibility are theirs to set and theirs to change; the Register button takes you to them, and any payment or agreement you make there is with them, not with Arinjo.

We check each listing before it goes up and take corrections seriously, but posters change, dates slip and links break. Confirm the details with the organiser before you travel or pay. Arinjo is not liable for a cancelled event, a wrong date, or anything that happens at an event.

By listing an event, or by announcing one on a page Arinjo reads, you confirm that:

• you are entitled to announce it, and the poster is yours to publish;
• the details are accurate as far as you know, and you will correct them if they change;
• Arinjo may show the listing and its poster on the site, in notifications and link previews, and may post about it on @arinjo.in, for as long as the event is current.

We may edit a listing for clarity, decline one, or take one down — for instance if it is not a student event, if registration has closed, or if the organiser asks. Ask on the contact page and a listing or poster of yours comes down promptly.

Read it, share it, link to it. Do not scrape it at a rate that harms it, present its listings as your own, or use organisers’ contact details for anything other than the event they are listed for.

Push reminders are sent only for the categories and lead times you chose, once per event, and can be turned off at any time on the Notify page. A reminder that does not arrive — a browser that was closed, a phone that was off — is not something we can be held to.

The site is provided as it is, without warranty. It is run from Kerala, India, and these terms are governed by Indian law. If part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still stands. The privacy policy is part of these terms.
